Royal Roads Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Organizational Leadership is an 18-credit on-campus program designed to equip professionals in management and leadership positions with the essential skills of project management.

It is aligned with the knowledge requirements of the Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® industry-recognized certifications.

Bachelor’s degree/two-year Diploma & four years work experience.
University graduates can improve their academic qualifications through graduate certificate or diploma courses, increase their job opportunities, and prepare for future graduate degrees.
Students with college diplomas can be admitted after assessment according to personal and work experience.

Admision Requirements

Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree in arts, business, or environmental studies.
Applicants who do not meet the standard admission requirements need a minimum of four full-time years’ relevant work experience and some post-secondary education (assessment required).
